I couldn't be happier with the work that 5 Star Auto Collision did on my car. From the moment I picked it up, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. My vehicle had significant damage, and I honestly wasn't sure it would ever look the same again. Somehow, the team at 5 Star Auto Collision brought it completely back to life. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless, and every detail was handled with care. You would never know the car had been damaged. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me updated every step of the way. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a collision shop that delivers top-quality results and treats your vehicle like it's their own, I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Collision. They exceeded my expectations and made my car look brand new again. Thank you for the amazing work!

I had an amazing experience with 5 Star Auto Collision. From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond what I expected, they’re honestly more than 5 stars in my book. Not only did they do excellent work on my vehicle, but they also paid attention to the little details that make a big difference. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely flawless, better than it did before the crash. It honestly felt like I was getting a brand-new car back. They had it fully detailed, inside and out, which was already a great surprise. But what really impressed me was that they even filled up my gas tank. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of what they deliver. If you’re looking for an auto body shop you can trust, I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Collision. They don’t just meet expectations, they exceed them.

I have visited 5 Star Auto Collision on two occasions, and they certainly deserve their excellent reputation. In my latest experience, they performed some minor body work, and the results were perfect and quick! What distinguishes them is their consistent service; during my first visit after an accident, Eric managed everything from the repairs to arranging my rental car effortlessly. It’s uncommon to encounter such a professional, dependable, and high-quality auto shop. I would definitely return and I highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job! They cleaned up after themselves and fixed my door like new. The workers were amazing, my work ended late and I called them, they understood and still helped me. My door was all scratched up when the wall walked over and hit me and they fixed it all up in less than a week. The only negative thing I have to say is I would call over and over again for days and wouldn’t get anyone. I also wasn’t notified that it was ready I had to call to ask.

A tree fell on my car during Hurricane Helene… insurance suggested 5 Star Auto and we just followed their suggestion but I’m so happy we did. Everything looks amazing and the main repair maybe took a business week? (Insurance had estimated 8 days so they beat that.) It had to stay for a few days because of something that was more software related but we were even compensated for that. It was washed and detailed when we got it back! Super happy with their work and would for sure recommend.
